Hot Springs March 22, 2009
Ray took me back to Tein-Moo å¤©æ¯ with his little family and our dad for the famed hot springs. There are lots of Japanese influences in this bathing culture here in Taipei, reminds me of my visit to Japan when I was a child.

My favorite photo of the night — love the colors of the trees

Had dinner there. My favorite thing to eat as a child — Silver Thread Rolls (direct translation, don’t know what it is in English…)

This simple peasant noodle dish was so surprisingly delicious, made of only sesame oil, rice wine and Chinese vermicelli

Strangely like this picture, just a random woman smoking outside of the washroom…
The rest of the pictures will be at http://www.gallery.junglin.com
Not allowed to take pictures in the bathing area, but I wasn’t surprised…
